The union called and said Levi Stadium is going to rebrand all the graphics. For what purpose was my question, for what fans? I didn’t do the original graphics because the stadium is way south, it’s not in SF and takes an hour and fifteen minutes to get to. I had other work so I passed on it when they built it.

But with covid getting worse next month might not be a great time to get a team of ten people together. I’m sure they will give us apprentices too, which wouldn’t be my preference at this time.

So I have to decide, it isn’t a return to regular show work, I am on unemployment anyway. It might add a few hours to my medical hours bank that is going to be empty in October. I’m not sure it’s worth commuting so far and in the middle of the pandemic getting worse.

I’m open to all thoughts and opinions, I’m kind of right on the fence.

I did the Super Bowl graphics in the rain, this could be really hot down near San Jose if a lot is outside:

I will probably do it if I can get the people I want. I have plenty to do outdoors, lots of remote places here. But maybe I can extend my medical a month. Not sure.

They even are redoing all the handicapped sidewalk stuff, new crosswalks with blinky lights, we had some but there will be a lot more.

One guy I work with lives in Pt Richmond, to that spot it is actually slightly faster to take the East Bay route but I usually don’t because it’s chaos over there sometimes. But if I can get him on the job I can go to his house and then go together to save gas.

I have not tried the east bay route, I’m usually in Redwood City trying to get back to the airport or in Santa Cruz going to Santa Clara.

I looked at traffic right now and I see nothing really. I usually take 280, less lunatics and cop chases and a better view stuck in traffic going home. I always go to work on a show early so no traffic going to work down there ever. We mostly go to SF.

That stadium is near the bay I believe, I can jump out of planes too, easy to land on the football field or the huge parking lot. But then I have to get home.
